American Crafts | Lucky Week

It's Lucky week on the American Crafts blog, and I had a post go up yesterday sharing a couple of cards.

Lucky cards do not need to be reserved just for St. Patrick's day.  You can send a lucky card to a friend or a loved one, for any occasion, or to just simply say that you are thankful for your relationship.

Supplies: Rise And Shine (370007) - Amelia Paper,  Rise And Shine (370001) - Chloe Paper, Rise And Shine (370004) - Ella Paper, Rise And Shine (370009) - Emma Paper, Rise And Shine (370006) - Emery Paper, Rise And Shine (370002) - Kylie Paper, Rise And Shine (370011) - Lucy Paper, Rise And Shine (370016) - Madison Paper, Rise And Shine (370012) - Olivia Paper, Rise And Shine (370000) - Rachel Paper, Rise And Shine (370017) - Samantha Paper, Rise And Shine (370008) - Stella Paper, Rise And Shine (370032) - Accent & Phrase Stickers, Rise And Shine (370038) - Ephemera W/ Foil Accents, Rise And Shine (370028) - Alyx Alpha/ Silver Foil

How To:  Roll about 13 6"  patterned paper tubes, set aside.  Make a card base out of white cardstock measuring 6x6" square.  Adhere patterned paper tubes to front of card base.  Adhere green floral sticker to a scrap piece of white cardstock and fussy cut around the edges, adhere to center of card.  Trim a piece of white cardstock and adhere to front of die cut frame piece, adhere to center of card (just above green flower sticker).  Spell out the word "lucky" with silver striped foil thickers and adhere to center of die cut frame.

Supplies: Rise And Shine (370001) - Chloe Paper, Rise And Shine (37009) - Emma Paper, Rise And Shine (370002) - Kylie Paper, Rise And Shine (370003) - Nicole Paper, Rise And Shine (370012) - Olivia Paper, Rise And Shine (370021) - Zoey Paper, Rise And Shine (370035) - Phrase Word Stickers, Rise And Shine (370034) - Epoxy Stickers, Rise And Shine (370038) - Ephemera W/ Foil Accents, Rise And Shine (370044) - Gold Paper Clips

How to:  Use a die cut machine to cute out the title "Lucky", trim each letter from a different piece of patterned paper.  Create a card base and trim a piece of "Chloe" woodgrain paper measuring 4x6" and adhere to card base.  Use liquid adhesive to adhere title down.  Adhere a green heart (from die- cut ephemera pack)to title, and use a sewing machine to stitch down title in in horizontal and diagonal stitching lines.  Embellish card by adding gold puffy heart sticker, cloud puffy sticker, "You Make Me Happy" word sticker and gold paper clip.
